TERMS & CONDITIONS:
BOOKINGS
- All sessions must be booked at least 48 hours in advance to secure availability. Once your booking is approved, you’ll receive a confirmation receipt.
- We’ll hold your slot for 48 hours, if proof of payment is not received within that time, we will discard the booking.
CONFIRMATION
- A 50% retainer secures your booking. Full payment must be made within 24 hours of booking. If payment is not received within this period, the booking will be cancelled.
SHOT BRIEF
- Clients must provide STORYTELLERZ with a clear brief outlining all aspects of the shoot, including key individuals or areas to be photographed. Where possible, reference images should be shared via email before the shoot date to ensure alignment with your vision.
CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING
- All cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours before the shoot date. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
- A 100% cancellation fee applies to bookings cancelled on the day of the shoot. Deposits are allocated to cover non‑refundable costs such as studio space, lighting, and other amenities.
- Rescheduling made in a timely manner (minimum 48 hours before the shoot) will not forfeit the deposit. Instead, the amount will be credited toward the new date.
USAGE OF CONTENT (RIGHTS & LICENSING)
- By selecting this package, the client consents to the use of images and videos for social media, personal use, PR, websites, and private business promotion.
- Content may not be used for billboards or television advertising unless prior approval has been obtained and additional licensing fees have been agreed upon.
- All content remains the intellectual property of STORYTELLERZ and may not be altered, edited, or modified in any form without prior written consent.
- STORYTELLERZ grants the client full usage rights for the platforms agreed upon, including online, print, and billboards, subject to the terms outlined above.
DELIVERY
- Content from standard shoot packages is typically delivered within 1–8 working days after final image selections are received. Timelines may vary depending on the volume of images or videos requiring post‑production.
- Where additional edits are requested, extra time will be allocated. Upon completion of each shoot, deliverables are reviewed and a clear delivery date is communicated based on the complexity of the editing process.
- Final content will be delivered securely via Pixiset or Swiss Transfer.
- NO RAW FOOTAGE ! If client wants raw unedited footage then it can be purchased at a package deal.
EDITING
- All photographs are produced in our signature editing style, reflecting our established artistic vision. By booking a session, the client acknowledges and agrees to this approach.
- Any editing preferences must be communicated prior to the photoshoot. Requests to alter the editing style after final delivery are not accommodated.
- Extensive retouching requests such as body reshaping, background replacement, teeth/eyes whitening, wrinkle reduction, or hairstyle alterations will be billed separately.
MAKE UP & STYLING
- All private hair and makeup must be completed off‑site prior to the photoshoot to ensure the session begins on time.
- If you have selected our makeup package, an additional 30 minutes will be allocated on‑site at our studio before the scheduled shoot time for hair and makeup preparation.
TRAVEL FEES
- Travel will be charged for all bookings outside our studio.
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
- Clients are required to arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled session start time to allow sufficient time for changing, makeup touch‑ups, and preparation.
- A 15‑minute grace period from the scheduled start time will be permitted. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have the lost time deducted from their session duration.
- If the client wishes to retain the full session time despite arriving late, an overtime fee of R300 per 15‑minute interval will apply.
- Clients arriving more than 30 minutes late without prior notice may have their session cancelled, and all payments made will be forfeited.
SPECIAL PROPS
- STORYTELLERZ is not responsible to supply any additional props, accessories prior to, or during a shoot. Unless discussed prior and charged accordingly.
